Marte Lasarte

A quartet from Donostia formed in 2023 from the ashes of Skakeitan, the band in which guitarist Borja Antón and vocalist Pello Armendáriz shared fifteen years on stage. With the addition of Lore Nekane Billelabeitia (bassist of Belako) and drummer Alex Alonso, Marte Lasarte builds an eclectic Basque rock sound that blends danceable rhythms, synthesizers, and direct melodies sung in Euskera. Their debut 'Ez Da Besterik' (Balaunka, 2024) immediately placed them among the most solid emerging acts in Euskal Herria, with a schedule of over thirty concerts in their first year.
